Willemsparkflatfilm | Torenbouw

The film Torenbouw is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the architect Ahazverus Hendrikus Wegerif’s masterwork – Willemsparkflat. The editing and mastering of the film were commissioned to Konstantyn Napolov in 2018 by architect Hubert Thomas as a part of the presentation for his book Het bezield modernisme van A.H. Wegerif”.

Willemsparkflat is a central and national monument based in The Hague, The Netherlands at Zeestraat 95 t/m 257, that was built between 1929-1931 and the whole buildingprocess was filmed by Jan Teunissen. The music that is used is from the Dutch Golden Collection debut cd The Collectors.

The cd is available at the TRPTK music label.

The composition “The Collectors” by Moritz Eggert was commissioned by and written for the Dutch Golden Collection in 2017 and performed by Konstantyn Napolov – Percussion and Eke Simons – Piano.
